We hope you and your family are having an amazing summer! The Fall Fiesta committee has been hard at work making sure we’ll have another fabulous event this year.
Volunteer Opportunities!
We currently have some exciting volunteering opportunities for our great parents! These are some ways you can get involved and get a head start on your volunteer hours for next year or finish up this past year’s hours:
Silent Auction
· BUSINESS DONORS!! – Are you a business owner? Do you know one? Are you part of business that can donate? This is an essential part of our fundraising and a great opportunity!
· Businesses can choose to offer goods &/or services. Remember that these donations earn money for our kids’ school and is a great way to advertise to hundreds of future customers with little cost plus a tax write-off. We would love to secure our business donations before school begins!
· Themed Gift Baskets – Parents/families can put together a themed basket to be auctioned off the night of the Fiesta! We had some fabulous baskets last year and hope to raise the bar with even more this year!! Watch the stores for post-holiday/seasonal sale items for cheaper cost of goods.

Fall Fiesta Committee position
· Silent Auction Assistant chairperson – This person would be one of two assistants to our silent auction chairperson, Stacia Morse.

Games & Activities
· Game/Activity volunteers- We are now filling these positions to get a head-start on preparations. This is a fun way to earn some volunteer hours while at the Fall Fiesta! We will also have sign-ups for any remaining positions on Registration Day, August 12th.
